At Good Pawss, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you and your pets to be delighted with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods and personal care items, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want. This process ensures that you receive your desired product quickly and without additional wait time.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
